History
Juventus dominated Italian football in 2018/19, winning Serie A for the eighth consecutive season. Under Massimiliano Allegri, they finished with 90 points, 11 ahead of Napoli. Cristiano Ronaldo made an immediate impact in his first season in Turin, helping Juventus secure the league title and the Italian Super Cup with a 1–0 win over AC Milan. Their Champions League campaign ended in the quarter-finals against Ajax, while they were also eliminated from the Coppa Italia by Atalanta.
