Orders and refund policy
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Matchday Vault reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive full payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.
Your purchases are subject solely to our refund policy. We operate a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for any reason (including change of mind, incorrect size or personal preference), except for specific cases of damaged or lost items as detailed in that policy. The customer pays customs import duty, VAT and any local handling fees if applicable. Any Japanese or Thai import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Note: all items are insured by Matchday Vault at our expense.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Any import taxes or duties applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Express courier service on request. Full rates and the published duty, VAT and handling figures for each country are on our Shipping and Delivery page.
Order delays and loss
Matchday Vault is not liable for any delays caused by postal or courier services.
In the case of a delay, customers must wait 30 days from the shipment date before initiating a claim. Orders sent via registered mail are covered under carrier liability; in the event of a confirmed loss, compensation is only issued after the carrier completes their investigation.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or failure to receive parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
