United Kingdom and United States
Price on enquiry. We ship to both, but rates vary with the parcel and the destination, so email us with the shirt you want and your delivery address and we will come back to you with the exact cost before you order.
Import duty, VAT and handling by country
Football shirts are normally classified under 6109.90 — other textile-material knitted shirts. The figures below are the current published rates and are given as a guide, so you know what to expect before you order. Any charges are payable by the buyer.
Australia
- Customs import duty: Nil
- GST: 10%
- Handling fee: Nil
Australian Border Force states that goods valued at A$1,000 or less are generally free of customs duty and GST at the border.
Singapore
- Customs import duty: Nil
- GST: Nil on qualifying shipments
- Handling fee: Nil
Singapore Customs collects no GST or duty on import provided the shipment arrives by air or post and the CIF value, including shipping and insurance, stays below S$400. Above S$400, import GST of 9% is payable on the entire CIF value where the shirts are imported together and no other relief applies.
Japan
- Customs duty: 11.2%, with certain preferential rates at 7.4%
- Consumption tax: 10%
Japan Customs' own 2026 summary gives the duty range for shirts in Chapters 61 and 62 as 7.4–10.9%, so budget for roughly 10% duty plus 10% consumption tax. Tax is calculated on the CIF value — shirt cost plus freight plus insurance.
Thailand
- Customs import duty: 15%
- VAT: 7%
- Handling fee: approximately 70–150 Baht
Tax is calculated on the CIF value — shirt cost plus freight plus insurance.
Order delays and loss
Matchday Vault is not liable for any delays caused by postal or courier services.
In the case of a delay, customers must wait 30 days from the shipment date before initiating a claim. Orders sent via registered mail are covered under carrier liability; in the event of a confirmed loss, compensation is only issued after the carrier completes their investigation.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or failure to receive parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, duties and taxes
Any import taxes or duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare all parcels accurately.
Packaging
Every shirt is folded, wrapped and shipped in a protective mailer. We pack for the journey, not for speed.
