History
Feyenoord's 2024/25 season was a memorable campaign, beginning with victory in the Johan Cruyff Shield after defeating PSV on penalties following a thrilling 4–4 draw. They finished third in the Eredivisie and enjoyed an impressive Champions League run, reaching the Round of 16 after notable victories over Bayern Munich and AC Milan in the knockout play-off. Their European journey ended against Inter Milan, but it was a season that brought some outstanding moments for the Rotterdam club.
Key Players
Igor Paixão was the standout performer, finishing as Feyenoord's leading scorer with 19 goals in all competitions recorded by the club's season archive. Dávid Hancko was a commanding presence in defence, while Quinten Timber, Antoni Milambo and Santiago Giménez were important members of the squad. Goalkeeper Timon Wellenreuther also played a significant role during the campaign.
