History
Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, based in Rio de Janeiro, is one of Brazil's most celebrated football clubs. The 2002 season was a difficult campaign in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, with Flamengo finishing 18th. Despite the challenges on the pitch, the club's passionate following and iconic red-and-black identity remained central to Brazilian football.

South American / Brazilian Production (2000): Shirts manufactured locally in Brazil during the late 1990s and 2000 under license (noted by Made in Brazil on the neck stamp) did not use the modern small black/white style code tags found on European releases.

Because standard style-code labels were not utilized for Brazilian Nike domestic production in 2000, the absence of a modern XXXXXX-XXX tag is 100% normal and expected for this shirt.
